Absolutely shocking first experience from this vet, “Pete” the vet carer has no shame, more interested in going home “in 10 minutes” than doing a professional job and care work! Spent £160 only to return back home with my dog in a worse state than when I took her there! Look at how “Pete” left my dog.
The people who work there are so friendly and make you feel that your pet is as important to them as they are to you. You are seen at your appointment time and they really pay attention to you and your pet. I would highly recommend this vets
Very kind, professional, reasonable and welcoming staff, very good with my nervous rescue dog and wouldn’t hesitate to continue using their services.
There is no separated cat and dog area in the waiting room so you will have to deal with dogs stressing your cats out while waiting. One vet I saw was extremely unprofessional and was touching my cat in his mouth ears and eyes with dirty fingernails. I have a anxious cat and I told her that beforehand and she still decided to speak to him in a squeaky high pitched voice as if that would help, there was no feedback when she was doing the examinations on him. The place was unsanitary and smelt bad. She did not listen to me and said that she will give him steroids and asked “what would they do and are there any side effects?” Three times; I was ignored. Could barely get a word in edgeways. Then she kept on picking him up like he was bag and did not care to calm his nerves. I put him back in his carrier and left, then she stormed out the room demanding £63 and I did not think I should pay as I was more than angry with the service we received and I was followed out to my car. A very stressful irrational day. Save your money, stress and time and go somewhere else
Ive just had a new puppy, the vet and ladies at reception were all lovely and so helpful and made the process so easy, now my puppy has been microchipped, had his first vaccinations all with the vets great distraction technique, booked in for his 2nd and i have pet insurance that covers him and made it all so much cheaper, really appreicated and enjoyed our visit today
This may sound silly. But I had been looking after a wild pigeon. Thought just been winded but relised he was very ill. I phoned up and they said just bring him down. Their caring attitude blew me away. Amazing customer service. Real caring approach. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for how you looked after me and the bird. Your where all amazing
Had to rush my cat in for emergency surgery after he became really unwell. All of the staff were extremely reassuring in my time of panic. The Nurses were so calming and knowledgeable and the Vet who I believe was called Jenny was extremely pleasant and clear with what was going on! Glad to say by cat was made better by surgery undertaken by Jenny and the staff at this clinic. Top staff absolute stars!
Great vetinary clinic with professional staff that are friendly, caring & helpful. Our dog Cindy was seen for a dressing change when our local vet was off sick. They were very accommodating & made you feel really welcome. Gave good care & attention to pets. Would strongly recommend them.

My daughter's cat has been neutered recently in the clinic. Very professional and attentive personnel both towards the pet patient and the owner. Aftercare clearly explained & lots of helpful tips as well. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommended . Thank you!
