Today I collected an order from this Chinese takeaway for the first time, and it was a complete disaster the whole order went in the bin! The salt and chilli prawns were absolutely disgusting — completely lacking flavour and texture, the prawns were rubbery and overcooked. The Singapore fried rice was so dry it was inedible, and to make matters worse, it had pineapple in it, which I’ve never seen in Singapore fried rice before. To top it all off, the sweet and sour chicken balls were burnt! Good job we don't have false dentures! We asked for the chow mein to be cooked in very little oil, it came swimming in oil! This was by far the worst Chinese takeaway we have had, and definitely won’t be coming back. Avoid at all costs! We're be travelling 30 minutes back to our old takeaway!

Really rude staff, we were given the wrong order and change. They kept putting the phone down when trying to speak to them. Would not recommend!Food: 1/5
What a shame. We lived in four oaks for 30 years. Came back to visit family. Thought we would try a Chinese. What a load load of rubbish. Chips cold. Rice had a strange flavour Not nice. Curry sweet. Starter platter was processed. Ribs dryed up and well over cooked. Would not return nor recommend.
The best Chinese takeaway in the area without a doubt! Even on the nights that they are busy there is no drop in the level of service or quality of food.Food: 5/5
Favourite Chinese around! The food is always full of flavour, piping hot and portion size is great. Order is always spot on, staff are friendly especially as a returning customer. Pretty nice takeaway. I come here occasionally and it's nice food. The accrual store needs a but of renovations but other than that it's good. The staff are also quite nice and don't mess up your order very often would choose here over star anise . Also the time it takes is very quick and almost never over 20 mins unless it's very busy. overall it's a good takeaway
Ordering at The New Four Seasons is like trying to get a doctors appointment on a Saturday- it’s not going to happen. I love this place so much, the food is outstanding and the delivery time is incredible but because of only one landline and no online service to place orders the line is constantly busy; not forgetting you always have to have the cash on hand if you ever want to order or having a online menu. I just find it a shame because they are so popular it’s actually hurting them. I’ve genuinely been trying to get through now for twenty minutes
Well I'm just a railway worker who had a break at four oaks and I needed something. The prawn fried rice was definitely quick to order and reasonably priced. The lady serving was helpful and polite and that is a quality I wish more people in the world have.
Had the spicy beef in yellow bean sauce and was pretty good! Staff were also friendly. Will definitely be coming here againFood: 4/5
