Park and Ride, which means that you can stay for £4 per night and travel with the bus for free to the town centre just show your ticket. Public toilettes are open 8am - 5pm, but there are no showers. For mobile homes: fresh water access, chemical toilette and greywater disposal. Payment at the terminal at the bus stop only with coins or per card by typing in your car ID. Please look after the opening hours!
Great place to stop to explore Canterbury. Stayed for a few days in our motorhome in the designated area. Good size parking bays, black and grey water disposal and fresh drinking water as well as bins. £8.00 for 24 hours. P&R bus every 8 minutes to the city centre and after 19.00 you are able to use your P&R ticket on the local bus 15, 16, & 17 all which will take you back to Dover Road P&R. Thank you for this fantastic service.
We used the motorhome parking and took the bus into the city to enjoyed the shops and the sights. Was able to buy fresh food goods at the market and ate lunch in a cafe. This is a very welcome parking facility for motorhomes. Thanks to the city council.
Ideal parking for Canterbury. The park and ride bus fare is included in the car park charge £4 all day and virtually no wait as the bus was at the stop. Spaces were available although I had read that it could be busy.
£4 to park at the moment and get the bus into the city. For Moho owners there are now two areas that cost £4 per day. The parking needs a ticket until midnight and again overnight. Still cheap for relatively quiet stay.
It's a great service car is safe and the buses are regular enough, takes the stress away of driving through Canterbury and finding a parking space as this is easy parking 4.00 per car per day.
Brilliant P&R. Only a short run into Canterbury taking the stress out of parking. Ample on site parking and convenient ANPR tech to pay. £4 for up to 6
Perfect spot for easy run in to catch shuttle. Spent day using park and ride bus for Canterbury than caught our late night crossing.
Absolutely fantastic place. Service is great and especially really pleased to see motorhome parking and service points. We need many more like this around the UK. Top marks for leading the way. Very clean and tidy well presented site. Thankyou
