So very disappointed.  Paid almost £150 go r my daughter & 3 grandchildren & was not worth it at all.  I wish I had taken them to a pantomime it would have been much more enjoyable.  I have been to most of the events here & this was the worst & will not be wasting my money any more. The children didn't even get a present from Santa after it costing that amount I would have thought they would have got SOMETHING.  Don't waste your time or money

Went there for the Elf school and Santa experience with the kids. Was great despite the car park being a touch muddy. The interaction with the children and all separate parts did make it an adventure for them. They especially loved Mrs Claus and the raindeers.

Attended their Christmas event 2017.  Was fantastic!  Will be going to other events soon.  Be warned though their car park gets very very muddy.  Take wellies!!

Highly recommend the Elf experience. My 3 year old grandson had a wonderful time.
