I usually stay in this hotel once a year. First few years I enjoyed but there are significant changes since the new owner took charge. This year even worse. Just back from Wales and here are our observations. 1. Very unwelcoming, as soon as we entered the lady talked like we are servants. 2. She charge 2% even if you pay by debit card, she need cash only. 3. The rooms are rearranged so more squeezed now. 4. There are not enough cups, milk or sugar in rooms so you have to go down and request for these items even if you need a tea in a day. Mainly, due to the way she speaks to Asians, I will never go there again.

Clean & nicely decorated rooms, good breakfast & a very nice place.

Stayed here for a night. Beautiful room and very good breakfast. Excellent service. Very pleased. Highly recomended.

This is a fantastic family run guest house, where nothing is too much trouble for the proprietors, they made you feel extremely welcome. The bedrooms are lovely and well set out with a children's room off ours but still contained in our unit. Excellent value for money, we will be back!
