Service used to be good now it couldn’t be worse. Just read all the reviews on trust pilot etc and you will see what you need to know. Nothing luxury or in anyway good about their customer experience. They rip off their customers and make them run around in circles just to get a refund.
FAKE MERCHANDISE !! FAKE MERCHANDISE !!! Mr Porter sent me FAKE merchandise from Calvin Klein. After I washed the undergarment, I noticed that it could not be original from Kelvin Klein. The quality is not what I am used to from CK. I sent several emails to Mr. Porter and they keep making excuses. I have not received a refund till today. Neither have they given me a chance to return the FAKE goods. That shop should be shut down.
I used to have good experiences with MR PORTER. This is why it gets now 2 stars and not just 1. However, the quality went down significantly. Customer service sucks and the quality of their own brand did as well. I was recently checking out the linen section and ordered from there. When the order arrived it clearly stated that it was polyester. Later on I saw in the fine print that it states just that. So I wrote customer service. It took like 3 full days and 4 different agents until I got a reply in my chat. The first didn’t want to read my messages and wanted another summary and afterwards just replied that it’s my fault I should read through everything and quit the chat. So i contacted them again the second one was friendlier and said it would report the issue. A week later it’s still wrongly advertised. Furthermore, I ordered a hat from MR P last year and this year same hat. The quality this year is significantly worse. It’s not nearly as soft as the previous one and pretty stiff.
Delivery, collection, customer service now a total s***show. Collections/delivery don’t arrive, phone line level of training is dreadful. Nothing is luxury about this service.
Net a porter used to be a wonderful shopping experience - recently it's chaotic. Customer service used to be impeccable - now it's shambolic. so disappointing. The range on offer is still interesting but the customer service is terrible and the delivery and collection for premier is now a disaster. So disappointing....
AVOID!! Absolute shambles of a company and pathetic customer service. Ordered a lipstick for Mother’s Day - arrived quickly in plenty of time, great! Apart from the fact that they sent a bottle of perfume. I had to send the perfume back before they would send me another lipstick - did this the same day - emails to customer service took days to be answered and the responses clearly indicated they had not even read what I had written. Mother’s Day came and went - the new “lipstick” arrived except it wasn’t a lipstick, it was another bottle of the same perfume! Rang customer services again....sorry Madam this is very unusual - I will get the warehouse to email me a picture of the lipstick and get it dispatched immediately for you. You will receive an email within 24hrs to confirm.....guess what, no email!! I really do not recommend this company.

Awful awful permanent staff very inconsiderate of you as an individual. Will fire you for no reason without warning for no reason, do not behave humane act like they’re robots without human emotions. Do not work here you will feel like you hate life.
Comfortable place to stay and good treatment. The only problem is that so many hours there the place becomes overwhelming hahaha I'm working there. But everything great!
