Chris at Dreams made the visit a pleasure! I had an idea of what we needed before going and Chris answered the last few questions I had to confirm what I wanted was the best choice, with recommendations of his own. Nice to be looked after by someone with a fab personality too! You’ve got a keeper there dreams!
Excellent service, Ryan who works there was so helpful in finding me the mattress that was within my price range and that suited my sleeping needs and the customer service skills that he has. I would recommend going to dreams if your in the market for a new mattress for a family member or a friend.

Knowledgeable staff who took the time to let us decide what we wanted, offered advice when needed and asked questions in depth. These guys really know their stuff. Friendly with a bit of chit chat too. Big thanks to Chris, who served us, and the rest of the team who were on this morning
Went in to see what our options there was and was met straight away by Holly very friendly and knowledgeable. Lied down on the bed checker to see best matress for us then liednon multiple beds with Holly telling us the differences witj the beds
A large selection too choose from, so many nice beds and Eco Friendly mattresses! Staff are knowledgeable. Free parking available.
Can’t fault James he was absolutely brilliant with me and my husband today, helped us pick our new bed. Friendly, very informative, not at all pushy, made us feel very comfortable. Brilliant can’t thank him enough.
Excellent customer service, i was assisted by Vic and he was very patient, understanding and was adopting to our budget and yet offering the best suiting products for us. The price was very reasonable as the sale was on. Safety guidelines were met very well and the store was organised and under control .

Great experience made even more so by the staff , sorry didn't get names. They were very helpful & took lots of time explaining the different thicknesses of mattresses pocket springs etc. Able to try the different ones , with all the covid 19 safety lines in place. Thanks for making it a good buying experience.
