Excellent job from Andy. I called on a Friday afternoon and he came that afternoon to see if my boiler could be fixed. It couldn’t. He was able to fit a new boiler on the Saturday. Very professional and polite. Highly recommended.

First class service! I was without hot water and heating. Andrew came within a few hours to sort the boiler out. I am a returning customer and previously it was Andrews father who saw to my boiler. I would have no hesitation in recommending Neil Collins &son their also reasonably priced. Great job. Ms Fullerton.

Came home to a very very cold house , phoned him and he arrived immediately, assessed the situation,made it safe explained what was needed and why ,which was a new boiler. He made some calls and arrived next day to fit . Prompt, diligent, professional, friendly, cleaned up, informative and completed job to an excellent standard and then took time out to explain . Will not use anyone else and recommend him 100%

After a phone call to Neil Collins and sons, the communication was excellent and arrived as promptly. I was worried about my boiler because ot hadn't been serviced in some years Andrew Collins checked the boiler and spent some time fixing it and fully serviced the boiler, now it's working better than I could ever remember. The price was really good too. I never write reviews but on this occasion it's a must. Highly recommended Neil Collins and son. Oh and very polite and which is very rare these days. All the best for the future and I will definitely be using them again kind regards Mr A Bennett.

Andy did a fantastic job fitting our new boiler. He was informative about the whole job, knew his stuff and went the extra mile for us. Was also a pleasure to have around, nice guy. Would recommend!

Called at 4pm on a Friday after being let down by another company who'd visited and assessed the job on the Monday. Andrew arrived at 4.30, replaced the boiler fan and serviced it in less than an hour and charged significantly less than the other company quoted. Unbelievable service.

Neil has been to perform a second annual service on our boiler, and the level of service from Neil and his son has been impeccable on both occasions. Neil takes the time to offer explanations, fantastic advice and his fee is extremely reasonable, too. He’s also a good laugh! I have no reason to consider hiring anyone else to look after our heating system. Highly recommended!

Neil and Andy supplied a new boiler for us, had to be compatible with Nest...no worries, £1800 later and a day to sort we have a fab new boiler  not to mention all put back and tidied up, makes you wonder how British Gas can ask for £1800 for a boiler and then £2000 per year servicing!!.. stay local for a great service we have used for over 16 years and will continue to use. Well done guys, see you in 12 months for the service, oh and a cuppa!!

Came out and fixed our leaking boiler the same day. Really polite and helpful, didn't make a mess and wasn't expensive. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Neil and his son came out this morning to cap a pipe off for me, I only enquired last night, quick service from them both, they were clean and polite and even gave good advice too. Personally i'll use them again and would reccomend to those i know.
