Negas deliver an excellent service with Paul doing a great job on logistics, and the team delivering as they quoted, with professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. Thanks to Nigel and Stu for fitting the boiler and to Josh and Scott for replacing the old radiators and pipework. Highly recommended.
Excellent service, even on a weekend. Our boiler stopped working on Saturday evening, so we contacted Negas, who came out on Sunday morning and ordered the new part, which was fitted on Monday morning. Thanks to Ashley and Nigel for sorting it out so quickly.
Absolutely 1st Class Service. Rang to Report an Issue with my Boiler and within an Hour it was Diagnosed and Repaired. Can’t Fault the Service NEGAS provides, have been using them for a considerable amount of years and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank You NEGAS.

Superb service - initially attended our boiler breakdown and got it going again but it was very much on its last legs so a quote was provided on the visit, along with advice about what replacement would suit our property best with no hard sell. We placed the order on a Tuesday afternoon and it was installed on the Thursday. Brilliant engineers, really helpful and hard working. We'll never use British Gas again - Negas are far superior in every way. Highly recommended!
Had a new a boiler fitted by Stuart today. He provided an excellent service. He was polite, informative, and respectful of my property. He also did not stop working from 8am until after 17.00. This is the first time that I have used this company. They came recommended by my next door neighbour. I needed a boiler service. I rang up at 9am and they were here by 12.30. The two lads who turned up were very polite and professional. One of them did the service and the other one checked out my central heating pipes to give me a quote for replacing them. All work was done in an efficient and professional manner. I have asked to be put on an annual boiler service contract with this company. Many thanks Negas
As always excellent Josh came out same day Friday afternoon and fixed it. All staff are always friendly great company to deal with.
Really pleased with this service from start to finish. I called up for a service of my fire and boiler the man on the phone was extremely helpful and fit me in when was suitable for me. Josh who came along with Stuart were both excellent. Really professional, clean and explained everything to me as and when needed. Really helpful and accommodating. e instructed Negas in the replacement of our boiler. They came recommended from some family members who have used them for years. We can't recommend them highly enough; nothing was too much trouble for them. We found them very honest and straightforward, thorough yet efficient as well, and they came when they said they would.
