I recently called into Neath Ticket office seeking advice in booking tickets for a trip we intend taking in a few months time. I spoke to a lady called Karen who was working in the Ticket Office that day and I cannot praise her customer care skills enough. Karen was extremely knowledgeable, very informative, showed great patience, helpfulnesses and politeness. Many thanks for helping me find the exact tickets we wanted it's so very much appreciated.
Neath used to be a lot more vibrant and busy than it is today its such a shame that towns and city's across the whole of the uk are slowly dying out and falling into utter disrepair. Its because of the mismanagement of this current group of clowns in charge of our government for14 years. Their underspending on public services and corrupt handling of government contracts given to tory politicians friends and family members have done nothing but destroy this country and line their own pockets. The sooner their gone the better.
A huge thank you to the two staff members who helped my husband and I on reaching Neath from our cruise. The first member of staff even remembered that we has booked for assistance but we had had to change our plans. The female staff member also helped us get a taxi. After a long journey it was great to be back in Neath and given such kind and helpful support. I don't normally write reviews but thank you both.
I travelled to and from Neath today on the train from Port Talbot.nI dont often travel via train, but I enjoyed the experience today.nAlthough there were some slight delays with the train times always to be anticipated when using public transport, the trains and platforms were very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.nnOne of my main reasons for reviewing Neaths station was the ladies' toilets.nWell done to whoever cleans and maintains these. I'm not sure when these toilets were renovated, however they were modern, extremely clean, and had no damage.nnPublic toilets are often neglected or fall into disrepair due to abuse, so it was a very pleasant suprise to come across a well maintained convenience.
Karen at Neath Station booking office was absolutely amazing. So proficient with information and advice and saved me a huge amount of hassle and sorted me with the most suitable fare. Real asset to Neath station and the railways in general - thank you.
