This was a fantastic station to both arrive and depart at, consisting of a large area covered by a grand roof! The station sign looks glorious and the platforms have a large size for the trains along with zone numbers; navigation is easy via various signs. These even list the different ways out and a statue makes for a nice addition, situated well in this clean station!
Very nice station! Loved the statue and large banners for the aquarium and other activities that were available in hull!
Decent enough station with various food and drink outlets and good connections to local buses and trains.

Toilets are the worst I've ever used. Hand dryer doesn't work. No soap in the dispenser. Bad design, urinals too close together. The main station clock doesn't work. A grief-hole of a station. Avoid.
Absolutely disgusting, if this is the main travel hub of Hull, I'm surprised people don't turn around & leave straight away! Everything looks fine until you visit the toilets. The photos should tell you everything you need to know. *Note* The pigion in the picture is injured & is inside an closed waiting room, as in, not open.
Just went to train station. Pick up and drop off area good, and basic facilities and large waiting room.
Larger than average station with a few shops, cafes and restaurants. Located in the heart of town right beside St Stephens shopping centre.
Hull stn very good good friendly staff you cant fault only down side PARKING I arrived at 5pm and parked in stn car park paid £10very expensive for 24 hours and woke up to parking notice apparently it happens all time after 6pm at night even train staff workers get ticket there is a very good car park Osborne st not far from Stn£3 all day I will use next time im in Hull
5 stars to the friendly and helpful staff of the visitor information. They helped me to sort out the bus schedule and bus bay chaos at the station. Thank you.
