Newly revamped bank so nice atmosphere, polite and courteous staff plus upgraded self service atms so no waiting in queues if you don't want to. Well done!

Not Good at all had to send Documents to Nat West Mortgages from branch .First not signed or verified so no good.Second time not even sent poor service and incompetent .
