Avoid this branch. I came to this branch following guidance too from the Halifax helpline, and the manager (working Saturday's) had never heard of the service. He seemed very unprofessional and wasn't fully trained. When i asked for a printed copy of my statements, he handed me a letter addressed to another customer!!!

I have banked with Halifax for many years and the Walton branch has been my go to with usually a good service. I am not sure if there is recent new management or what but today it was like the Little Britain sketch, "computer says no". Seriously considering my banking options now....
