This particular bank needs to improve. If you go there when it's even slightly busy, you're in for a huge wait. It's nearly all machines not staff and when the machines don't accept the cheques properly (which is frequent) you just have to wait in an often large queue. Family member of mine waited 40mins to put one cheque in as the machine didn't accept it. I just wish they had more humans available to serve customers. Poor service.

I don't want to give a star rating but Google won't let me give no stars. The reason for not wishing to give a star is because on the Google+ page it states the opening hours as being until 6pm, I thought 'great I can go after work'. But no, they were closed, according to the sign on the outside wall of the bank they close at 4.30pm. It takes minutes to update a Google+ page so please update it.

wow, no wonder they're slowly being replace by machines. the staff would rather chat to their friends about how Tv's not like it used to be, than serve the ever growing line of customers.
