its so frustrating I only want to talk to a human being ,over the period of four days I have been listening to music for a total of one and a half hours ,when I finally got through and sorted my business I asked to be put onto the complaints department--and got put on hold again--more music,you need to employ more staff

Absolutely appalling! Bad enough that one has to call the Bank on a premium rate 0845 number only to be put through to the robot call answering machine for screening - more music on hold - 5 minutes further music on hold. Gave up in disgust. Pathetic service - suggest you close the branch if you cannot be bothered to talk to your customers. Robert Hyde
