Getting ready to travel so I upgraded to a platinum account as this includes travel insurance. I called through this morning to cofirm if the documentation i was provided with would suffice for the various embassies needs. After being transferred 3 times as no one could give a simple yes or no answer, i was told to check with the embassy. The visa people want the documentation and thats it, they expect you to have what you need. Given Natwest was providing it, i was looking for final clarification and confirmation. Was it given? Nope. Was i passed around from pillar to post? Yes. Did i follow Natwest instructions on the keypad? Yes. Could the lady help me after following the previous lady's instruction, nope. Maybe natwest should just stick to banking instead of offering services it cant/wont help ypu with. And for the love of all that is Holy, get rid of the automated telephone service! Impersonal and extremely annoying and not helpful!

Banked here for years and I love the new look and having machines to pay in and withdraw and do most transaction with. It's cut down the waiting time so much that only two tellers work now.
