Placed just outside the centre. There are a couple of cash machines on the outside wall. Ques at the machines are common on a Monday as are ages inside.

Twice in the last 6 months I've had to make an official complaint due to the inflexible, unhelpful and downright poor service I've received from Nationwide, despite being a customer for over 20 years. Don't be fooled into thinking that because Nationwide are a mutual that you'll get better service because they have proven to be the worst financial institution I've dealt with when it comes to actually helping their customers. Want to withdraw more than £2,000 of YOUR MONEY in cash? Well, you'll have to order it 2 DAYS in advance because, as I was told "the branches don't carry much cash"...have you ever heard anything so ridiculous? If you want my advice, if you're looking for a personal banking provider that is interested in helping their customers, Nationwide is not the place to go.
