Done my appreciation on the phone for new bank account took all the right Id and info but still refuse to help me. Was their for over a hour. Very disappointed but happy that I found a different bank with such nice and honest people who help me and sorted everything else out for me.

Very good service once you get someone. but only skeleton staff and ver y hard to get on the phone. `They need more staff. And there is nowhere to sit.

Went on the website to check opening hours and it clearly stated that it opened TODAY at 9 am. I particularly wanted to go to the bank early as I have to go away, and I wished to settle some accounts before I left. But when I got to the bank at 9 the door was locked. Checking on the opening hours which were posted outside the door , it stated that opening hours started at 10. Clearly contradicting the website. This needs to be sorted out as it is misleading.

Mark, the bank manager is possibly the rudest most disrespectful and patronising manager of any bank I have been in. The manner in which he deals with clients is abismal, not only myself, but others who bank with him who are providing the bank with vast amounts of income. I respected his honesty, and appreciate he must be under a lot of pressure and stress, but as a manager I was not happy with the personal service he provided. However, Emma, was a delight, was extremely personable, honest and had integrity with her clients. It was clear from both reading the Psychopath test by Jon Ronson, we came to an agreement about certain that traits one has. What a pleasure and well worth the hour and a half spent there....
