It seems that all the bad remarks are backed with a degree of truth. I wanted a short (3 minutes) appointment and the lead time is 2 weeks. I hold a to of money in my personal a/c which they are using and trying to a transfer that they charge £29.00 for and make a huge amount on the US$/£ transfer rate. Why is it that the only phone number given for customer inquiries demands a telephone account number or a credit card number? I have a cheque only account, no cards but the telephone which is to help customers is barred from my use. Why is the local number kept secret from the mugs that provide all the fat bonuses banks receive?
