Went in to sort out a fairly complicated transaction, got sorted pretty quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Cerys and Laura were very helpful.
AVOID AVOID AVOID Natwest suspended business account and will not accept card payments or pay direct debits causing debt to a healthy account. Credit score likely affected.
Waste of space. You would think they could inform local customers they are temporarily closing. Just wasted a couple hours and fuel to Bank here and find it shut!! Customer service at Natwest these days is non existent. 1 till open and all the other staff just stand around or ask you "what are you here to do today?" Ist that obvious, I ain't here for a haircut!! Just want you to use the machines which usually don't work properly and you end up back at the counter. Grrrrrrrrrrr
Bad today, only one desk open, waited 15 minutes to be served & left with 11 people waiting behind me. It compares badly with Barclays!!
1 cashier and a huge queue, and it’s a regular occurrence. Where are the staff?
Please update your branch opening hours on website, as this is the second trip to do essential banking which I am unable to do on line. Far from happy wasted journey wasted petrol. I noted sign on door is not really near entry door. Please move so it is visible to customers.
NatWest is my bank, although this location is not my branch, and having banked with NatWest for over 30 years and had no real cause to complain about anything they have done. In fact many new services have made banking easier and safer. We all need banks and in my opinion NatWest is no better and no worse than any of the other UK banks that we could mention. So let's get over the banking crisis and look forward to a brighter future
Terrible service. Refusal to do anything for customers, even refused to allow me to withdraw my own money until I insisted seven times!! They've been pretty lousy before with customer service but it's gone downhill again recently. Update: their customer service team have apologised, twice, and the manager of the branch shoish be in touch within the week to discuss how to make things better, I'll update this again when they've done.
Had to visit the branch on Tuesday, waited 20 minutes in the queue outside, no member of staff to explain what was happening, a number of the people also outside waiting just wanted to use the machines inside which were available. Shocking lack of service and nil organisation by the staff.
Went in to do a money transfer young lady called April helped us very professional and friendly service by all the ladies in the bank. So thank you all
