Asked for ID for tobacco I’m 35 frustrating as I didn’t have any on me so I was refused the sale. Went back to the car to get it and then wasn’t asked second time I went back into the store so wasn’t needed.
Not sure why all the bad reviews so thought I'd leave a good one. It's not a superstore sized place, just a normal supermarket, so of course no loos and facilities. If you are parking here and an hour isn't enough, it's because you are walking into town: no one could take more than an hour doing their groceries here! Move your car to one of the free town car parks!nIt doesn't have a huge range, it's a small shop, but it's convenient for the basics, well priced, and the staff are lovely.
Medium size store. Can get all you need there. Friendly staff. Handy from the town. Not sure about close by parking. Bus service near by
Have used this Asda for a decade, usually including a shop. Today got stung with a hefty fine for marginally exceeding 1 hour last week. The penalty came from the UK's largest operator....so the comments about the brilliant car park are twaddle. Asda might feel happy about their bit of extra money off me....but I shall NEVER use any Asda again. Snouts in the trough.
A very useful store with a carpark that's always ready to use. Not the broadest range of products, but very useful indeed for most necessities.
