The staff was unable to help with my problem even though I was directed to the brach after a lengthy phone call with the customer service. The manager was rude and I am pretty sure she was occupied with something else while she was “helping” me.
Not open on Saturdays despite the Google maps listing clearly saying it is. Huge inconvenience
Terrible service very bad customer service i want there to withdraw 4 grant to my treatment i gave the black women in counter my passport and she start asking me why i am withdrawing the money and where i am going to spend them i told her i am taking them with me ouside the uk for my treatment and then she ask me to prove her my flight ticket i was shocked when she ask me for it to give me my money then i get very upset because i though i am in court or in borders office when she ask for ticket. Then i tell her to stop asking me for prove of my ticket and to give me my money or to call me her manager to speakt him. then she did not giving me all the money it just half i took the 2 grand and it was my last visit to them and i am moving my wages to another bank
I would like to thank Mr. Mathew Gold for taking my case very seriously and helping me out. I had gone to another branch and had been turned down. I am glad I gave my last shot to this branch. Other staff seemed very friendly and helping as well. Wish the team my best.
The very best customer service ever, in over 35 years of banking at this branch of Nat West. Lorna and Kane should get Nat West customer service awards, or be promoted, or receive a massive pay rise, or at least be totally praised, absolutely stunning service, super helpful, very friendly, totally professional and also the loveliest welcome ever. I have never walked out of London Bridge Branch happier than when I walked in, apart from last week. Thanks Kane and Lorna, you both go above and beyond and if there was an option for more than 5 stars, I would be leaving so many more....
The one time I’ve been in here I had a good experience. It was fairly quiet Wed mid-morning and I was seen to promptly by Ash, who was friendly and helpful. Another customer near me was having some complicated problem dealt with by another staff member who sounded exceptionally friendly they spent a long time discussing football!
The staff is the friendliest and most helpful imaginable in a bank! Yes, queues might be long especially if you visit at peak hours, yet the staff are doing their utmost to help everyone. You always need to listen to their guidance, if they direct you to a machine do it, they’ll tell you even the sequence of buttons to follow and if there is a hiccup they’ll notice and come over to help you. I hope they can have some more staff to be able to reduce queue times and not have to be sooo busy!
Had to reset my password for my ATM card. Matt Gold was the wonderful gentleman that helped me. In a day when banks are reducing human presence, this was a good experience.
This branch of Natwest is terrible. The only reason why I had visited this branch was because I wanted to accompany my brother to open his first bank account. Initially he had gone by himself and they refused his documents, when I went there with him the 2nd time with the same documents they said it was acceptable but he would have to come in another day. He had already left school early to open an account twice this week, so I arranged the appointnent on Saturday instead. Yesterday when we went there there was a member of staff who did not look particularly bothered who informed us that they would be unable to open because there was a technical problem with the door! Which I do not really believe, I feel they just wanted to go home early because it was a Saturday, even though they would only be working just 4 1/2 hrs. In this day and age in 2019 this is a ridiculous response the very least they could do was send a generic email or text message to inform customers banking would not be possible on the hottest day of the year 29/06/2019. They are simply lazy at this branch and their lack of customer service gives me half a mind to close my account with them. Do not come to this branch because they are time wasters and make what should be the simplest things complicated.
