Since the wibsey branch closed down I have been using this branch for past two years. A lot of work has been put on these ladies and their doing an excellent job. Always smiling and friendly. Still prefer to travel to this branch from Bradford rather than going to the NatWest in Bradford city centre.

Very polite and professional staff who are very helpful. No issue when I've visited the bank. I have read reviews that people not happy that the opening times have changed and closed on Tues/Sat, let's be thankful it's not been closed down like a lot of small branches.

This banks opening times are stupid 10am till 4pm whats the point in even opening and they dont even open tues and sat, perthetic!!!!!

Very small branch of Natwest, luckily it's usually quite quiet, but all it takes is one person with an issue and it reduces the service down to a single cashier. The opening hours are particularly an issue, they open mid morning 09:30 (I think), but close early in the afternoons at around 15:30, which is no use to anyone working a 9-5 job, unless you work close enough to make a trip during your lunch time, if this is the case you'd better hope that it's quiet! Oh and good luck if you think visiting on a weekend helps, they're closed then too. Maybe take the drive to Dewsbury?

Pathetic that a national bank should be closed on a Tuesday each week! This is ridiculous from a company that claims to say Yes and be there to help customers but are closing more and more of their branches. I've got both a business and personal account with them but I'm going to change these now - especially in light of the cash offers that others are giving to switch!!!
