All the staff are great, polite , professional and always willing to help, even a dizzy mare like me. Sending a huge "Thank you" to a member of the staff who has gone above and beyond you know who you are to help me over several months, I really appreciate it.
Friendly helpful lady behind the counter. Very efficient.
Usually find this branch very helpful and friendly however today ar 14 00hrs ..bearing in mind it says closes at 15:00hrs, two people before me waiting to enter then a lady comes to let someone out and promptly lock-up saying they were closing at 14:00hrs even though its 3pm on the door.No explanation given or even an apology. Not good enough Halifax.
Had my purse stolen last night 7/12/21 and my contactless card was used a few times, managed to cancel the card, been into the Cleckheaton branch this morning 8/10/21, they put me through to the fraud team who have cancelled the pending fraudulent transactions and I will be refunded back the money. Thank u
Staff lovely and do all they can given the Covid-19 rules to deal with. I like how the gentleman on the shop floor comes up to you and asks what services you require. They are excellent with older folks.
We visited the branch last week to open an account for my Daughter. From making the appointment initially and then visiting to open the account we received a first class service from all staff members. Adele was extremely helpful with my Daughter running through the features and the benefits of the account she opened. Just wanted to say a big thank you x
This branch is a joke the staff are rude and very unhelpful. Been here couple of times and they look down on you ignore you and if you ask for help you'll be waiting for ever. Very rude and big headed. If I could give 0 I would. Won't be using this bank again.
Little bank branch friendly staff sometimes get a coffee as well always use the hole in wall inside building as always feel like you’re going to get rolled using one in tunnel
