Ridiculous former statement from someone - I have nothing but praise for the staff at Nat West East Grinstead - they provide a very friendly, thoughtful and kind service year-round - this is my regular bank and every time I go in there the staff are ultra-friendly and nice to everyone, my observation is that they often do more above and beyond things for customers without the slightest hesitation.
