Bit hard to get service, they emphasize using the self service machines

Staff were friendly and polite but utterly useless. Took me over 4 months to open an account for a trust - wrong forms, wrong advice, slow admin.

Been trying to remove a signatory from a Business bank account for over 4 months. Wrong forms, to wrong address. Then I eventually returned right forms to EG HSBC never heard another thing. Called left messages at the branch, one call back but missed me & didn't try me again. I did get a direct line after talking to a call centre woman who couldn't remember a single detail of my enquiry a second after hearing it. No idea if the signatory is removed or not & lost the will to spend hours chasing. Imagine I'll find out from my accountant at the next tax bill! Desperately time consuming.

Shocking service, they hassled me to come into the Branch so made an appointment then I was kept waiting without so much of a word said to me so I left. Disgrace
