A community run health and everything good shop. What a great selection of goodies. Great advice on hand. Tasty bread from the red dog bakery on Fridays and fantastic Sabins coffee.

Great range of health and wholefoods, with an environmentally sustainable approach by reducing their packaging etc. An asset to Bideford.

Absolutely love this shop. Much needed in Bideford. Very knowledgeable about everything they sell. Very caring and helpful whenever I go in. Always greeted with a hug and a smile! Great range of produce lots of organic to choose from.

Best natural food shop in the EX39 area for sure. Charlotte the owner is so helpful and runs courses every month or so which are fab. So many great finds in here & if your looking for something just ask they can always get it in. Great shop so lucky to have this in our little town .
