Angela couldn't have been anymore friendly or helpful. She was able to accommodate me earlier than my appointment time and answered all the questions I had in such a friendly manner. The appointment itself patch test was super quick and everything was explained thoroughly to me. Thanks so much!
First experience of BIAB with a French polish finish. Lucy was Friendly, fast, skilled & provided a great finish with her Professional touches on my nails. Would recommend this to anyone. Having been let down last minute by my regular salon, this lovely salon managed to fit me in at very short notice. The lovely Erin gave me a very intimate wax and although I started off feeling quite embarrassed, Erin put me at ease and chatted to me the whole time... we ended up having a laugh about things and I totally forgot what was happening. My experience was so enjoyable... and not nearly as uncomfortable as previous waxes.... that Erin and this salon will be my 'go to' from now on. Can't praise or recommend Erin and the salon enough. Today I went for my first intimate wax ever, which given the fact I have never had any wax done before it probably wasn’t the best body part to start with - oops! That being said, Erin was so lovely and made me feel completely at ease, genuinely the whole experience was made better solely with how great she was. If I chose to get this service again it would be purely based on Erin so thank you so much! I look forward to booking again to such a nice environment perhaps not for waxing - ouch - but I’ll definitely be back. 100% recommend
