My whole visit today was wonderful from start to finish. Elissa did my manicure and pedicure and did a beautiful job and it was exactly what I wanted. She even started from scratch mid way through my pedicure as we decided it wasn't the look we were going for. She made me feel very comfortable and communicated very well that it was exactly what I wanted. Abbie did my lashes and again was brilliant from the start. Checking I was comfortable and that the tape and pads used under my eyes weren't uncomfortable. Continued checking me throughout the session. Both ladies were great and very lovely to chat to throughout my appointments at natural definition today. Such sn amazing salon. All of the ladies are lovely.

Absolutely love Abbie!! She is so friendly and welcoming and so professional. She really takes her time to make sure your treatment is perfect and makes sure you are happy with it. She did such an amazing job on my eyebrows I got them waxed and tinted and she was so accommodating by explaining the difference between lash lift treatment and eye lash extension treatment and she gave me a patch test for both. Really recommend Abbie. The salon is also very lovely, everyone seems so nice and the services are great priced

Absolutely in love with this place! I was looking to try out hair extensions and Sarah was so knowledgable and welcoming during my consultation. I’ve had them fitted by her today and I’m so happy; they blend seamlessly, even with my fine hair. Absolutely love coming to ND!  Sarah is amazing and so friendly!  Had my eyebrows laminated today and they look bloody amazing.  What an artist Sarah is!  It’s a great salon which is friendly, and cosy to go to.  I really love my pamper sessions and can’t wait to go back! This is by far the most fantastic experience I’ve ever had in the beauty world. The salon is so inviting. Staff above 5 star in every way. The owner Sarah is a credit to herself, staff, clients and anyone that walks through her shop doors. I did my classic lash extensions training with Sarah. She was brilliant, very thorough, happy to answer any questions. Explained everything in great detail. Taught me very well! Even post training I have contacted Sarah and she has called/emailed me straight away to help. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to train me.  Would definitely recommend training here and I would 100% return for further training.
