We've taken our nearly-three year-old son to see Joanne a few times now. She is very good-natured and patient with the chaos we bring to the experience, which relieves a lot of my mummy anxieties. Most importantly, she understands exactly what we'd like without needing too much explanation, and he always walks away with a lovely haircut which continues to grow out beautifully. I can't imagine taking my son to get his hair cut by anyone else.

The staff are lovely and so helpful! I was given loads of great advice for my hair that's badly heat damaged. I wanted to try a new hairstyles and Emily was so helpful and comforting that I have no regret with my decision! Such a lovely salon and will definitely be coming back!

As soon as i contacted the salon i could see they were very friendly and helpful. When i arrived i was greeted by many members of staff and the service i recieved was amazing. The stylists really listen to what you want and offer suggestions they feel would suit your face shape and personality. While i was there many members of staff would come over and talk to you, offer you drinks and such. And the price was so good too. I would highly recommend this place and the wonderful staff!
