I loved the treatments and how nice the staff was, only fault I could say is there not enough sun beds! I went there as I got spa voucher and definitely was excited to have two treatments. Took my best friend with me and it was the best! Even forgot our bikini and they kept it safe for us for when we could collect it.
Just had couple massage and we both feel amazing. Jade and Chloe were very patient with me getting booked in which was my issue as was trying to book while abroad and not always able to respond. My calls and emails were always returned and alternative options provided for contact. Very friendly and super attentive. Massages were great. Thanks, will certainly return!
We went for a spa day. The treatment was good and professional. The staff were very nice. The facilities was a small pool and a small sauna which was a shame as it is a beautiful clean building and the setting was awesome. We stopped for lunch which was very good.
Had a spa day here with my partner and it was fantastic. Nef quiet pool area, lovely sauna and then finished off with a superb massage. Staff were fantastic and helped make it a great experience. Would definitely come again.
myself and my sister visited the spa on the 1/12/22 and our experience has not been an overall good one. We was happy to travel to the spa as looked very appealing on the website, beautiful building however very misleading as we never got to see any of it other than small area SPA, Was very disappointing. We also had to pay a further £20 each for Dec entry to find that there wasn't even a jacuzzi and had to share with 2 elderly residence that live onsite. Also the dressing gowns and towels are old an discoloured. These desperately need to be updated. Not sure why in December makes a difference and is more expensive than any other time, as had no other customers other than 2 residence, the residence should be given allocated times around your customers visiting. Apart from our treatment received, we have not had a good experience. And to top it We waited for some time at reception to talk to someone about this and no one assisted us. A male member of staff even walked past us and there was no acknowledgement at all. This was a treat for my sister before she went back home to Australia, sadly it did not meet our expectations and will not be revisiting

Terrible service. The spa closed on Friday due to Covid.Monday my daughter and myself were booked in for a spa day for my daughters birthday, this is a 180 round drive for us both, a middle meeting point When we arrived told the spa had been closed So we lost petrol, a days pay and a happy relaxed day together due to poor management and the inability of jade to email me on Friday or Saturday or Sunday Poor show jade made worse by your total lack of empathy to our predicament
Beautiful place, and the massage was 10/10. Just shame there’s no jacuzzi and the pool area is a bit outdated
Had an amazing full body couples massage today! Staff were so lovely and welcoming. My first time at a day spa and will definitely be recommending this place to others in the future.
