Great Service, Very happy! Queues can be long but other than that, Very happy :)

Uncaring and unprofessional staff, totally lacking in people skills and communication. I was personally treated insensitively when I had turned up for a pre booked appointment, only to be told the manager was not there, and there was no record on the system. The fact that I was there to close the accounts of my sister who had died was no even acknowledged by the counter staff. I left in tears and will never return. When I phoned Nationwide to log a complaint, I was told it would be escalated. Some twenty two days later I am still awaiting an apology. The manager has refused to speak to me as I am not next of kin. However, I am a customer and I am helping to sort out probate!
My advice is to invest your money elsewhere. I had really good service with both Lloyds and the TSB are fantastic.

Very unhelpful and miserable staff in this tiny building society that do not like you paying any money into your account that has coins, as i have been refused twice for having 5x £1 coins!

The queues are usually long, and the outside cash point never normally has any £10 notes, or has run out of money completely, so disappointing!
