Very happy with the service, they collected my car, carried out the repair and returned it back to me in just over a week. The team kept me updated via text and were easy to contact and very professional. The repair job is amazing, my car looks good as new. Thank you
Just had my wife car repaired. What a joke very poor paint finish and endless list goes on….. What really annoyed me the fact they never carried out wheel alignment and tyre replacement although they charged third party insurance company. Photos attached to this review. * Fog lamp cover two different colours * Door dents not repaired * Very poor paint finish I will never give them a second chance instead we decided to get rid off the vehicle and get wheel alignment checked carried out by Kwick Fit
Avoid this garage, had my car for 2 weeks the front wing needed replacing. Got the car back after 2 weeks to find the whole car covered in black spots of paint, my car is orange. Interior of the car was disgusting, black marks all over my cream interior, seats all marked. The garage has no respect for other people's cars. Never again I will use this garage!Services: Body & Trim
Worst company ever. Take on too many jobs and take ages to do job. Have had my car over 3 weeks and had it previously for another week just to do a bumper repair. They sat on the car for 2 weeks without doing any work on it. I have had enough of being told it will be done within a certain time and then suddenly realise they need to order another part. I will be formally complaining to the company and insurance company as well. Very disorganised and should not take on more jobs than they can manage. I am also worried having read these other reviews about the standard of the repairs they are doing to. This has been going on since October last year and is an absolute joke.
Cannot praise the staff here enough. Was kept fully informed, at all times, about the progress on the repairs to my car and were extremely polite when I was talking to them. Even went out if their way to recover my 'blue badge' when I realised that I had left it in my car. Thanks for making the whole process so easy and special thanks to Michelle and Donna for everything they did.
Tried mugging my insurance company off when i took the courtesy car back apparently had caused loads of bodywork damage and tried making a claim against me and also bodged my front bumper as I have had to take it and be resprayed elsewhere as the paint finish was flat so I had to go to a proper body shop and my brand new nissan juke 20 plate had plastic fitments fitted and used cable ties to have my bumper stay on as this was a joke and not safe I had to go and have a bodyshop put all the work right that they did and they performed tracking adjustment and totally messed it up and now have had to have two front tires due to uneven tire ware. All I'm saying is I wish I steered clear from this garage and just went to a reputable garage in the first place would have saved me having a job an problems caused
Probably one of the best bodyshops around.. Great staff, very friendly and repair cars to a high standard. I know I'm in good hands when put in touch with this site.
Excellent service. Picked up my car and delivered another one to my doorstep. Phoned me regularly to update me about my car. Also delivered the car back to my doorstep. I am very pleased with the repairs and I cant express how happy I am would definitely recommend!!
There are nice and supportive workers General Manager, Customer Service, Mechanics, Painters, Drivers, etc who work tirelessly without complain. Thanks a lot!
