Its a building society which, as it's name suggests, has branches all over Kent, even on Sheppey. Being a bit of a nonconformist, I don't use it for a mortgage. Instead, I use it as a bank, as it has a very handy ATM.
great staff really helpfull, after the bad experience i had at bexleyheath branch... west malling branch got me out of a pickle... im so grateful fantastic branch esp the 2 ladies that helped me out
Opening hours are rubbish, not even a full 8 hour day. Are the staff all part time or something?
Need to change your times of closing on your door as it's incorrect and confusing for customers.
