National Tyres and Autocare

Very poor customer service and quite apparent the place is disorganised chaos. Was ignored trying to get my wheels swapped and walked out after 10 minutes in the end. Give this place a miss and try anywhere else. There's a reason this place has poor reviews and it seems Head Office don't wish to do anything about it.

This Werverhampton WV23BP Service Station is a full-bodied, subtropical barrack. They keep hours and when you go they say they're busy I do not think it's right and right to clients

Excellent service from the crew at Wolverhampton, I mistakenly ordered the wrong speed rated tyres for my car , but the guys got onto the head office and sorted out for me to get the higher rated same make of tyre fitted at the same price . That sort of service is very rare to find these day,s . Thank you guy,s top job ...

In need of tyres, don't go here. You remember that story they used to say never go to Kwikfit they will rob you blind. It appears its also National who are the same. I visited a national branch at the beginning of July as I needed 1 new tyres but wanted to replace all 4. After speaking to staff they I explained to them I needed 4 midrange tyres something like a goodyear. They said well we have a deal on Firestone tyres at the moment, I said that was fine i would go with them. I went away for an hour while they replaced the tyres. When I got back I went straight in and paid (rookie mistake). It wasn't until I got in the car that I found Aoteli tyres listed...if like me your thinking who are Aoteli. I thought maybe they were just a model of tyre that Firestone so I got out looked at the tyres and could not find Firestone anywhere on the tyre. I immediately went back into store and spoke to one of the fitters who explained to me that Aoteli Tyres are made by Firestone. So I Googled it, there is only a few pages for these tyres (no official manufacturer page) just one for National (who tells you its a budget tyre and that they are made some firm in China. Now I know for a fact that Firestone are manufactured by Broadstone a Japanese company. So I go back in and this time I talk straight to the branch manager. He said we never told you they were firestone we said we get them from the same supplier as we get the firestones. I said well thats not what your mate just said to me at this point he walked in and confirmed to me that they are made by Firestone. So basically they are misleading buyers into buying budget tyres for midrange prices. So they then told me I had to order the tyres i wanted off their website and they would fit them that day but they could not give me a refund there and then as head office have to give refunds but they assured me they would be in touch with head office first thing Monday. I gave it till Friday and still nothing in my bank. I called their head office who said there was no request made for refund. So I lodged a complaint with National Head Office the area manager called me and took the details and told me that this was not the first time this had happened, infact over the last couple of months the storage manager has been misleading customers into buying the wrong products. As a sorry they then promised to give me £30 compensation, when the refund finally arrived 10 days later the compensation was £20. So even the area manager lies. AND THESE PEOPLE STILL WORK FOR NATIONAL!!!

called national tyres Wolverhampton to explain I had a problem with my brakes , Jason the assistant manager promptly suggested I bring the car in to check as safety was important . within 20 minutes the brake problem was fixed , and advised me on a track rod end needing attention, fast service and would go there again.
