For decades any one who went to a National Tyres auto centre always  found a Nail in one or more tyres even though it was brand new.

Ordered 2 tyres to be fitted, called on Saturday made an appointment for Sunday at 10 o'clock, arrived promptly at 10 o'clock, we where then told he couldn't do it till 10.45, left the car went for coffee, returned at 11 o'clock, the car hadn't moved he was on with another job, when he did bring the car in at 11.10, he drove in while talking on the phone, when he was driving, shoddy unprofessional service, i will not be using this place again. Why make appointments when you can't keep them? Also why only have 1 person working on a Sunday by themself?
