Thomas Telford’s incredible creation is still well worth a visit
This is a man made structure that gets you from one side of a river to the other. If you can can imagine a road in the air you're half way there. Perfect for those who don't like rowing or getting wet but less adventurous for those who do.
Provides a lovely historical walk into Conwy.
It's a beautiful place to come to if you get the weather you don't want to go home that's how nice it is.
Really fantastic looking suspension bridge that is only used for pedestrians. Good views from inside the castle.
Love the marvel of Victorian engineering which so much ahead of its time and forms the footprints of all modern suspension bridges.
There isn't much going on here but it's free, kept well and is a great short walk with Cowny castle in the background we walked along the road, had the view from there and then crossed the road to go back towards the castle on this lovely bridge
Loved the visit, entrance to the castle very expensive, if it were half the fee it would be a fair price, the rest of the area, reasonably priced and enjoyable.
