I was in for a bilateral scarf and akin osteonemy. My appointment was 0800 in the morning on the 5th of November.nnI have to say that the whole day from the start to finish from the moment I stepped into the building to leaving was 1st class.nnFacilities: Brand new. Well laid out and to a very high quality and standard. The recovery room was spotless. If anyone is waiting there is a good cafe next to reception with comfy chairs.nnStaff: From the receptionist to the surgeon the staff where fantastic and a real credit to the NHS, I couldn't ask or expect anymore.nnFood: The food was absolutely delicious.nnSummary: when I spoke to the surgeon just before discharge I had to compliment everything about the whole day and that everyone evolved with the process where brilliant.nnIt really shines a light on how much Raigmore needs to be changed or even knocked down and rebuilt to the latest of standards. Felt healthy in the environment which contributes to the active recovery.
I had bunion surgery at the National Treatment Centre on 5/11/24. This was carried out by Mr Nunag and his team. From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. I was immediately put at ease and reassured. The level of care & attention is exemplary. The facility is modern, spotless and staff are clearly happy at work. For anyone worrying about any surgical procedures here please don’t! You will be well looked after.nThank you to everyone who looked after me!!
Referred here by my child's health visitor regarding a potential issue with his eye. We believed the wait to be long but had an appointment within one month so not always the case. The various members of the team checking his eyes were brilliant, even the poor optometrist trying to do the final eye exam at the end. Great service and easy to get to
Was there for a hip replacement on Mon, couldn't have been looked after any better. All staff were lovely and the rooms were so comfortable and quiet.
Had my second hip replacement at the National Treatment Centre exactly 2 weeks ago. My wound has healed over, I’m doing all my exercises, up and about, out for lunch today, and hopefully on the way to a good recovery.nGrateful thanks to Mr Macleod, all operating staff, nurses, physios, cleaners, kitchen staff, in fact everyone contributes to this being a wonderful clean efficient facility. Friendly staff obviously happy in their work, even the food is nice!
