Spoke to the chap there and asked for specific sizes of clothes for two of my children. (I. E shorts for p.e) and he was quite short with me and when he brought them downstairs dumped them on top of a box and said couldn't remember what you wanted and walked away.  The ladies on the tills however are always helpful and cheerful!!!

I have been purchasing uniform from the National Schoolwear Shop in Alcester for 8 years (including items they have had to order in especially for us) and have always found their friendly, helpful team to provide an excellent service.
