Great bus company. Affordable price. This station in Manchester is located close to Piccadilly Garden and Manchester Piccadilly Station providing easy access for onwards journey. There are a small shop, tickets vending machine and couple of seating areas.
It was great value for money. The service was amazing and the buses were lovely. We got on a newer and an older one and they were both pristine. The drivers were lovely, helpful and I saw them being kind and funny with travellers who had been travelling for over 24h. I only took the coach because of the train strikes but from now on National Express will from now on will be the bus. Its so much more value for money than train travel and it didn't take that much longer either. Really very happy with my experience
I travel at least 6 times a year via Nation Express. For me it is my only mode of travel. The journeys are usually comfortable and reliable. If there was one complaint it would be inconsiderate passengers using their mobile phones or tablets, without using head phones. Some of the bus drivers emphasise the importance of having regard for other passengers, while travelling, whilst some do not address this issue.
Bus is ok . But they didn't have charging point for C type mobile chargers . And this is the only cheapest way traveling in the uk .
Nice bus station with departure and arrival display screen, but you need to keep some coins to use the restrooms. 30p, to be precise .
Nice and friendly driver. Helped me put my bag in the storage. Slight delay because of an accident so went a different way. I was worried I would miss my transfer but they managed to make up about 20 minutes so I got my transfer.
Close to the city center, you can buy tickets there, bathrooms and little shops to purchase snacks for your ride.
Fantastic service with great prices!! I took a bus from manchester to london for roughly £10. The bus before mine was delayed and all the passengers were offered a voucher for a free trip and the replacement bus arrived within 1h
Used the service Manchester to London return, Chorlton street station clean plenty of seats and toilets, London Victoria was the same, both had some where to buy a hot Drink and there was departure boards. Both journeys went with out problems and the staff were very good. My only problem is the coaches have one disabled seat, I had to pay extra to book seats near the front which I do not think is right.
No problems so far on non stop coach Manchester to Leeds. ETA Leeds 10:20, better than Transpennine express at the moment.
