Very nice bus station everything is new and clean with plenty of shops and sitting area with information desk and very helpful staff you have to pay for the toilets but you do everywhere is only 30 pence

Very helpful staff named Ashley Robinson was there who sorted my problem within minutes and even anticipating the same problem with driver, said he will speak to the driver himself so I don't have to explain anything again. With his permission, I am attaching his pic.
Considering the current circumstances all station staff, drivers and most passengers are doing a fantastic job.
Have "never" had any problems at this station. Staff are pleasant and helpful. If it was not for Birmingham National Express coach station I be stuck at home. It is invaluable!
Very good.. Clean place.. Has toilets, waiting room, shops, cafe, on site staff for helping. Live boards for departures.
Awful experience, you have to pay to use the toilet, there is a cash machine but the change machine was empty and was told by staff it never works. The mobile phone charging points which are a great idea again don't work you can't close the doors and remove the keys. The staff were nice though.
Has all the facilities you'd expect and is well staffed. Toilets are free and there is a shop in site with a Nisa around the corner.
