Ridiculous service, get told taxi on route and will be 10-15 mins asked operator if thats definitely the time it would take for driver to arrive she responds yes, 20 mins go by and nothing call back for an update then advised 2-3 mins, 10 Mins go by nothing, call back again then advised driver cancelled, nothing they can do as they’re self employed. Absolute BS

It is a fantastic place with lots of mountains we went into underground mine it was bit cold and also headache because of less oxygen but we like it especially my son he is nine year old.
I used Embassy cars on a number of occasions. However the individual who takes the calls is very rude! Clearly needs to improve on his customer service skills and manners. Will not be using this service again.
Person who take the calls is rude and cuts the line even when people are talking or ringing. Not useful at all.
The person who was at phone was shitt and no professional care skills. Theae people are so disgusting and shame for the company. Disgraceful, illegitimate and dodgy people.
Absolutely shocking service. Taxis apparently can't pick us up from the train station when every other taxi firm could? Told it would 10 minutes, ended up waiting over 40 minutes! Disgusting company, don't ever us them
