The doctors here are truly appalling. They are rude, ignorant, and uncaring. I am very surprised that they became doctors when they obviously don't care about patients. If this is your surgery, do not despair, Nurse Jo will probably be able to help you. She is friendly, helpful and really seems to care. The three stars on this review are for the nurses and receptionists. Thank the Lord I've moved away and have a new doctor.
I have to disagree with the previous comment. I find reception staff,nurses and doctors very friendly,polite and approachable.
