Rang up today to ask about an appointment as I am quite ill with a chest infection whilst travelling. Only in town for one day. Told the receptionist I didn't have my NHS number and she said to come down, fill in temporary resident form and we'll see about getting you in to a doctor. So I head down there. The person behind the counter said no. No appointments today, unless it's an emergency, you can't fill in a form without your NHS number, ring your regular doctor. Couldn't be less helpful, I'd have done better for my health to stay in bed, thank you very much.
Really poor service hardly can book an appointment or speak to a doctor place is getting worse pharmacy staff at Wells Sharon is racist
Women on phone are always rude and like to try and hang up when mid sentence. Been sat there waiting for over an hour before seeing people come in and out, they forgot about me. Something about a brewery rings a bell.
Excellent service by all staff probably one Of the best surgery’s I’ve been with Always polite and do there best to help Full five stars from me Thanks to all the staff doing a great job
Had appointment for 11 still waiting at 12 luck to get appointment never any free
