Great food at a good price, came out very quickly and staff where friendly. Gets very busy so make sure to get in before the rush. Can get very noisy too but overall a good experience.
Poor service on our visit. Table for 4. Two meals served and almost eaten before I complained about the remaining food. My meal came to the table barely warm..sent the plate back only for it to placed back on the table minutes later..it was the same plate of food. Then hot food arrived so I had to transfer the food onto my plate..I had ordered mushrooms..at £1:85 I expected more that one cold mushroom. Send it back. When leaving we were asked if everything was to our satisfaction...alas no..I was refunded £1:85 for the mushroom...a bit of a disaster for a birthday meal.. won't hurry back.
I've never been a fan of Nandos because it's basically plain chicken, there's really not much to it, and the sides aren't great. Gave this a go just now because its had a refit and mightve been different,. but nope still plain chicken with lame sides. At least KFC adds some flavour on their chicken. Also way to expensive for what you get. This venue is very popular with teens/tweens/early twenties for some reason. At least it leaves Smashburger with more capacity for when you want some great fast food.
As soon as you walk in the door you get a smile and shown to a table, very good experience here. And great food. We will come back again.Food: 5/5
Excellent customer service. Staff are always cheerful and attentive. They are either really happy at their work or good at pretending. Food is usually comes quickly. On the rare occasions that something isn’t right with a meal they are good at fixing or replacing it. On a more selfish note : please bring back sweet potato wedges and the mango and lime marinade!
Rejigged seating means virtually no room to manoeuvre about. Try to get one of the first tables in, nearest the order counter but even then folks will want past youFood: 4/5
There was 7 of us, 4 adults 3 kids 10 to 15 so we had a 45 minute wait for a both. This is to be expected at busy times. Service was great, good was the same. Great selection and all enjoyed our meals x
Staff well versed in Covid procedure Track and Trace with our phone was explained and the lad talked us through it . Our orders were taken at the table and we did not have long to wait on our sharing chicken platter .Juicy and succulent . Staff were helpful and friendly . Well done Nando's and staff
Came in today and picked up my food and got myself the Vusa XXhot, ready to be blown away with a mouth full of molten lava as you do and how I love it and was bitterly disappointed as my taste buds remained in one piece but as usual, it was still fire my girlfriend was mortified though
Always good service my kids enjoy the food so much. The only down side to it is that the waiting time is too long. And the seating area in the waiting is very small people have to wait outside when is too busy.
