Was a casual nandos experience I would say. But I did have a staff who so lazy when I asked for a cordial for my daughter as we had started eating and mobile app was not giving the option to do the order. He refused to bring it and asked us to go to the counter to order it which was unusual as when you started eating they usually offer stuff at the table as a good will gesture. When I asked another staff she was more than happy to bring the cordial and take payment at the table.
Today i am going to Nandos to eat something different.. place is very clean and staf is very cooperative and treat well..first i give order and then take my glass and fill with pepsi..here One you take your glass and pay then u refill your glass unlimited times it's free.food is really delicious and i enjoy alot with my family..
Good place. Like any Nando’s food is awesome. Ambience here is good. But location is not very easy to reach. However, it’s located right next to cineworld, so you can consider a good dinner date after a nice movie date with whoever your company is.

A welcome place and accomodating staff. Happy to run you through the order process if you are not able to use the easy app. Service is reasonably quick, but I guess you may have to wait when they are busy due to screening and safety measures.
Loved the food as always with quick service from getting a table the food coming very quickly. You do need to order using your phone and you need scan a QR code so that’s fine. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly.
Special shout out to Anna. She was amazing in helping us and keeping us informed at all times. Ensured the food reached us in the correct time. 5* specially for her, maybe the Greenford Nando's members can learn from her.
Good atmosphere and service. There was more lettuce in my wrap than the bean pattie, maybe they should call it a lettuce wrap. Still I enjoyed my lunch. Vegetarian options: They need more veggie options
Nice location. Not too sure how long it's been there for, but very clean. Young lady who welcomed me on entering, thank you. Sorry I can't remember your name , but you were Xtra helpful. Food was lovely, and I didn't have to wait too long Free Parking and right next to Cineworld.
I've not been to this or any other branch of Nando's for some time. We visited at lunch time so expected everything to be good. Unfortunately it was soggy chicken skin, dry meat and the chips and olives seemed old. This isn't how I remembered Nandos.
