Great food, service was slow. I ordered mini bites in sauce, the chef didn't understand the order until it was 7 minutes later. It was quiet in there also. Would I go back? Probably yes.Food: 5/5

This joke of a store double charged me for a bucket meal but refused to believe they did, were rude, chaotic and getting other peoples orders wrong. None of them had a clue what they were doing If KFC had any sense, this whole branch staff would be fired and the branch shut down. Awaiting a full refund!!!
Do not buy. They mistaken and put hot wings instead of fries. The corn was horrible and not good enough to eat. Very old food and what came was not what we bought. The coleslaw was disgusting. Our whole family feels sick and our stomachs really hurt.
Shubajeet, very cool and calm. I placed an order via Deliveroo and I phoned to make a special request and he pleasantly did. Would highly recommend this KFC vs Joel street as the customer service is the best. Well done Shubajeet and and to the manger/ supervisor who has trained you. AVOID! do not order from here, ordered a couple times from them and they have missed items out of our order! This time we ordered a family feast bucket which states 4 portions of fries and they didn’t bother to send !! then when you try and call no one picks up the phone!! Really not happy awful customer service!!!
Never had a correct order from this KFC. Literally every single Uber Eats order has had stuff missing. Whoever manages this shop needs replacing.
Meal arrived chips missing, went round to get then and gave us 6 little chips in a regular portion and we get delivered and still had to go round there. And they were Saying they did give the chips not good enough they need to check there staff
Honestly, the last couple of times I've ordered from here, they missed things out. And then messed up r we drifting it too so have up. Food was what you expected, just wish I got everything I paid for more often which is a big one to he honest.
