The service was fast and friendly on today's visit. Unfortunately this is where the positivity ends. To start the drinks tasted strange despite changing glass, I believe the machine needs a good clean. The tables were very close leaving us feel crammed. The portion sizes have gone down but the prices have gone up.
Nandos has always been one of my favourites but haven't been here for a while. Make sure if you plan on going here you book a table, otherwise you have to put your name and details down and que until its your turn. If extremely busy you may not get a table at all. Food is nice here you have many options of flavours from extra hot, lemon and herbs or plain. Both my kids had a butterfly chicken burger with one side. Which was enough for them they are 8 and 4 years old. Me and my husband shared a sharing platter for 2 which was a whole chicken and came with 2 large sides we picked spicy rice and coleslaw and I paid extra for another side peri salted chips. Not going to lie we could have eaten more, so portion wise not the biggest if you have a big appetite. And the price has gone up quite abit which was a little shocking at first. Atmosphere is good. And bottomless drinks are available. Would go again but not too much only because it was very expensive. Plus side for us was its Halal Dietary restrictions: It is Halal
Nantgarw Nando’s is in an easy and convenient location. The place is tidy and clean. The best thing it’s Halal hence the taste is different, more succulent and flavoured. The staff is excellent and if you’re unhappy they’ll be quick at replacing, it’s a family restaurant. It’s busy so the turnover of their stuff is rapid. Was quite a 30mins wait to get a table. A bit noisy and i had to go pick up my food myself after ordering And the refill drink was quite pricy Nonetheless, the boneless chicken was tasty and the best part was the corn cob
Really friendly team and tasty well prepared food with a good choice. Salads and starters to share were delicious. Knocked one star off because toilets were dirty, ice machine was broken and limited range of drink options due to a syrup supply shortage. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces outside restaurant.
Order take out from nantgarw collection a few times a week and they are always spot-on and consistent with both food quality and collection time. Management literally runs sometimes when it’s busy! Clearly a well-motivated bunch and I appreciate their diligence, it’s why I keep coming back.
Food was decent. Toilets disgusting. Reported to staff but nothing done about it. Also prices have shot up recently. Poor choice of sugar free drinks - no Fanta orange! Plenty of parking. Very busy.
I only had to wait inside for 20 mins waiting for food, i book to collect at 6pm but didnt get my food till 20 past, it is a very overwhelming place the music is to loud so everyone is shouting at each other, and the food it will prepared but it not food that i think is worth the money you could get the same sort of things from a weatherspoons. It was clean and tidy and the staff were working hard, but it took 15 mins for me to be asked what i was waiting for when i was standing at the tale away counter not the best first impression.
Always great service and food served to the expected high standards and quickly too. Staff were friendly and were happy to help us swap tables when we got cold after ordering very good AC Parking: Loads of parking outside the door. Free. Wheelchair accessibility: Is accessible.
Not the best Nando's around. Always a massive queue and no seating area to wait for your table. It's all well and good saying to sit and wait on your car, but what if you don't have one?Food: 4/5
