Ordered double sausage muffing which took over 10 minutes before I got my meal, once it arrived I only had half a bun looked like it had been eaten. I raised this with staff which they dismissed it as normal. No replacement or apologies so I left. Shocking food and service I won't be recommending or going back.
One of better McDonalds I've been to in ages, Staff were clean & tidy, restaurant was clean - food was quick, tasted good and service overall was good - staff did well to deal with idiotic youths from local rygby club who were using obscenities and making a mess and causing a nuisance

I've been stuck in your queue for 10 minutes. ZERO communication from staff. They've put a cone out behind and spoken to other drivers but nothing to me? Absolute joke. How hard is it to explain the issue? Edit: 20 minutes, so I drove off. Will not be returning. Don't use if you want to waste your morning and be late got work.
Ordered through the app to vehicle parking, app is awful to navigate and doesn't allow for complaints. Waited roughly 35 minutes for barely warm food, large fries boxes half full. Abysmal really. Didn't realise until driven off too
This Mc Donald’s do not allow changes to be made to a meal one day then it’s fine on another. Todays excuse ‘the tills don’t let me’ I think some re training is needed here on how to use the till system. This is a constant problem at this store. Never have this issue anywhere else.
It has recently become very slow on service and for some reason have not had coffee on NUMEROUS visits over the past yr. Today Sunday 13/11/22 after queuing for [an age], we then had to wait a further 10 minutes at the exit for the occupants of the car in front to be served their food, only for them to be served their food in dribs & drabs which must have been warm/cold by the time they got it. Someone needs to up their game. We spent nothing as coffee was once again unavailable.
I have called into this 24 HOUR mcdonalds on several occasions in the last two months and every time they have been unable to serve me not open, tills are down, air conditioning is being cleaned, no hot drinks available etc. This is a ridiculous excuse of a 24 hour mcdonalds and should be investigated by trading standards as to whether it actually breaches trade descriptions by false advertising. I sometimes call in mow just to see whether I'd get served or what the latest excuse to not serving me is...its becoming like a game and I'm thinking of producing bingo cards 'reasons for not being served' bingo. If you want to be served don't hedge your bets of this is closer, just go to the mcdonalds on western avenue.
Good thing was the warm chips. Burgers were cold because I had a few minutes waiting for the chips, they only put one in when I had an order for 2, I realised a little late and had to go back round to get them and the gentleman serving me was quite rude when he was trying to pass me a meal and I explained I spoke over the tannoy to another gentleman about missing a large chips and he did eventually go and get my chips. Prior to this the other server, a woman, just started at me for some reason. I won't be going back.
Not sure why I still visit this location. Shockingly bad food. Grabbed a Big Mac meal, only the find absolutely nothing on the top. Unbelievable.
