It is a very good place to eat. I really liked the food. especially the chicken wings and also cauliflower the way they do. excellent service I'll be back soon
Fantastic evening meal out with the family and grandkids. We arrived slightly early and were shown to our seats rather quickly. The head chef that night was introduced to us as Alistair Simpson. Alistair really made the night and was really good with the grandkids. Alistair really likes kid he says and that love of kids really translates into his cooking. The chicken was superb and crisp, I cannot fault it at all.
Food was good, and service was excellent but waiting time too long, have to wait 1.5 hour Parking: Free parking, unlimited time
We had a nice meal today at this Nandos. The staff were courteous and polite. Chicken platter was deliciously grilled. It's all in the bottled sauces and there's plenty of them to pick and choose from. The ambiance with world music played at the background was a nice touch. Decor good and the wide open windows was great. Feels like you're eating outside inside. Children friendly too which is a big plus for us. Overall we had a great time.
Great delicious food. Slight issue from ordering from the table so had to re order at the til which meant double payment on the day it did come back in next day not helpful if for people who don't have the extra funds. Chicken was delicious and as always i get my pitta which was deliciously cooked.
3 meals came out and there was no cutlery ready even though it was not busy. We waited an extra half an hour until i had to get up and ask a member of staff for the rest of our food which was only garlic bread for two people and 3 desserts. The first 3 meals were abit cold but everything else was good. the garlic bread finally came, however we waited another 15 minutes until we had to ask another member of staff for our desserts which eventually came out and not with the right sides.The chocolate cake also included a lovely staff members hair. Overall the experience was poor and not worth the hour wait and we would not like to return.
So, my first time at a Nando's and I won't be going to another one. The food, well the chicken, was ok but a very small portion that I had ordered with salad and long stem broccoli. My salad was below par for what a restaurant should be serving in my opinion and my broccoli was cold. This meal cost me around £14 and I wouldn't have expected to pay anything more that £7. Its almost a self service restaurant so although the staff were pleased to deal with you, the interaction was minimal. To drink I had a beer, costing me almost £5 for a can ! Way overpriced. It was cold in the restaurant and the atmosphere I would say was more canteen than restaurant. All in all, a very poor experience and one not to be repeated, after all the hype about Nando's i expected more.
Generally busy, but feels rushed and hectic. Not a relaxing atmosphere. Food is not bad. Last time we went we ordered online to collect - arrived at the allotted time and had to wait an extra 40 minutes before it was ready. Food was good but service is lacking. Feel the staff are too pressured.Food: 4/5
Very poor and rude staff. Could not believe what I heard and saw. Female member of staff seems to be a supervisor or manager shouting at staff in front of customers..... Also, no prior notice that certain items of food have run out. This was 5 items from the sides menu. This is the best bit.... a family waiting for a table for a while only to be told when the table is ready that some items were not available on the menu. To the families disappointment, they said, why were we not told beforehand as they had a child, we think who had special needs, autistic we think was excited and wanted the items that were not available. Obviously, they were p****ed off and they said we could have gone to another Nando's nearby.... next minute... 4-5 security guards come over to escort the family out of the restaurant. What a traumatic experience for the little lad !!! He was scared !!! All because the female staff thought the parents expressed their disappointment !! Top put the cherry on the top the cake.... one member of staff said, 'she is pregnant and that's why she lost control. If you want bad/disrespectful treatment... go to this Nando's in Blackburn.
This is a really bad complex. I visited here to watch Avatar at Vue 3.30hours long and had food at Nando’s with my family. I then received a parking fine for £100 for parking in their car park for 5hours 15mins. I appealed and showed I had spent £100 here in the on-site premises which has been rejected. I’d avoid these and go else where if you are wanting to watch Avatar. Parking: Poor parking company managing this car park. As per my review I am really disappointed to get a fine for dining and going to the cinema!
